A legacy-driven housing initiative built on lived experience, compassion, and accountability — serving justice-involved individuals across Arizona since 2020.
Our mission
Dignified housing, without judgment
Nate's 2nd Chance Housing provides non-discriminatory, dignified housing to previously justice-involved men — particularly veterans. Our founder identified a critical gap in housing accessibility for justice-involved individuals, and built a program to close it.
We believe stable housing is the foundation for everything that follows: employment, recovery, reconnection with family, and a genuine second chance. Our roots are in Arizona, and so is our responsibility.

Leadership
Meet Ms. A.
Tierra Abdullah ("Ms. A.") is our Founder and Program Director. A Phoenix native with generational Arizona roots and lived experience within the corrections system, she brings personal accountability and deep compassion to every part of the work.
Her leadership is grounded not in professional obligation alone, but in a genuine understanding of the journey our residents are walking — because she has walked it too.

Nathanial Knight
Our name honors Nathanial Knight — a military veteran and community member whose values of discipline, integrity, and service guide our program's approach every day. His legacy is the standard we hold ourselves to.
